Adult Ministries

Our adult ministries offer variety of fellowship and spiritual growth opportunities. Sunday school is the foundation of our adult education. Other groups address special interests. The pastor offers a short term study every fall and spring.

The Alpha Course consists of a series of talks addressing key issues relating to the Christian faith.  Classes begin three times a year.

Celebration is a woman-to-woman ministry of sharing, encouraging, discipling, and mentoring in the faith. Our focus is presenting the truth and beauty of the message of salvation, healing, renewal, and restoration in a manner that reaches the inner-woman

You will feel right at home in our Christ- centered group of moms!Our group is open to all mothers from any church and denomination with children from birth through kindergarten!  Childcare is provided and the children work on arts and crafts and use the Bible-based MOPPETS curriculum in a  loving and nurturing environment.                   

Week 1 of each month: speaker                   

Week 2:  creative activity

Week 3:  curriculum & discussion

                     Week 4:  field trip with children

The mission of the General  Commission on United Methodist Men is to assist men to know Jesus Christ, to serve Him, to grow spiritually and seek daily to do his will. 

      Meets at 7:30 for dinner on third Thursday.

  49ers

The 49ers are senior adults who meet twice monthly for games, fellowship and a meal.     

 


     Young Families   

The Young Families meet twice monthly at 5:30 p.m. for a meal and a lesson. The group is very supportive of one another as they share the common experience of raising young children.
